Claiming first runner-up out of 300 teams, BYU undergraduate start-up Property Solutions won $250,000 at the National Institute for Entrepreneurship’s Venture Bowl, the nation’s largest business-plan competition. Property Solutions’ software, Resident Works, helps manage multifamily housing.
