Great Library Tops List
Predictably, for the sixth consecutive year, BYU is the No. 1 “stone-cold sober school” in the latest rankings released by the Princeton Review. The pleasant surprise this year is that BYU’s Harold B. Lee Library tops the list of great college libraries.
A Funding Foundation
The Micron Technology Foundation recently awarded BYU a $100,000 grant to support microelectronics education. Some of the funds will help purchase new equipment for the university’s Integrated Microelectronics Laboratory, a facility where students learn about microfabrication processes, such as those used to construct small computer parts.
Top Student
The National Black MBA Association has selected Jamila A. Cutliff, ’07, as one of the top 25 minority MBA students in the country, naming her a 2004 Coca-Cola Scholar.
