On Sept. 1, BYU Television launched in Sacramento and the Bay Area through Comcast Digital Cable, making it available to more than 128,000 members of the Church. This has been BYUTelevision’s largest cable launch to date, adding 650,000 households to the 26 million households that BYU Television reaches.
Other recent BYU Television launches include Charter Cable in Kennewick and Yakima, Wash.; Charter Cable in Reno, Nev.; Cox Communications in Gainesville, Fla.; Cox Communications in San Diego; Giles-Craig Communications in Pembroke, Va.; and Sigecom in Evansville, Ind.
