After a year of halted production, BYU’s ice cream factory is back in business, and employees like Tim W. Scott and Amanda Huntington Christenson (’12) are busy filling BYU buckets with more than 80 flavors of ice cream. Expanded and renovated, the Deseret Towers BYU Creamery location has reopened as the Culinary Support Center, now making fresh soups, sandwiches, pastas, and breads, in addition to ice cream. The center’s store, the Creamery Outlet, can overnight ice cream anywhere in the United States.
