BYU –IDAHO ACCREDITED
Brigham Young University–Idaho has been granted accreditation at the baccalaureate level by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. The commission also reaffirmed accreditation at the associate level. This official accreditation will help students with the transfer of credits to other institutions, with admission to graduate programs, and with eligibility for federal aid. BYU–Idaho currently offers 49 baccalaureate degrees and 18 associate degrees.

REPRESENTING BYU ATHLETICS
Law professor Larry J. EchoHawk, ’70, was appointed by President Cecil O. Samuelson as the university’s faculty athletics representative to the National Collegiate Athletic Association and the Mountain West Conference. In this position, EchoHawk will work with administrators to monitor BYU’s athletic program.
