ADMISSIONS NAME CHANGE

The university division formerly known as Admissions and Records is now the Division of Student Academic and Advisement Services. The division will continue to provide enrollment services to current and prospective students.

A NEW PLANNER

Warren J. Jones, ’64, is the new director of facilities planning, following Norman J. Faldmo Jr., ’71, who retired after 31 years of service to BYU.

FLAG POLICY CLARIFIED

The United States flag on the BYU campus will now be lowered to half-staff for 24 hours upon notification of death for current members of the BYU campus community, past university administrative officers (at the level of vice president and higher), and former university presidents’ spouses. Previously, the flag was lowered following the announcement of death until the date of burial.
