When plans for BYU’s new Wilkinson Center hangout, The Wall, began, the design team decided the space needed more than just music, drinks, and a stage—it needed a photo op. The solution? A Cosmo bench. Salt Lake City–based sculptor Virgil Oertle created the bronze seat, which was situated in its new den just before The Wall’s January opening.
