Administrative Changes
Jeffrey F. Ringer, ’84, is the new director of the David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies. He replaces Donald B. Holsinger, ’66, who is now teaching and researching full-time.

Lane Fischer, ’79, is the new dean of students. He replaces H. Nolan Reed, ’60, who retired in June 2002.

Randy J. Olsen, ’73, has been appointed University Librarian. He succeeds Sterling J. Albrecht, ’71, who has retired.

Norman B. Finlinson, ’74, has been appointed an associate dean in the Division of Student Academic Advisement Services. Finlinson has served as director of Financial Aid at BYU since the winter of 1992 and has been affiliated with BYU Financial Aid since 1981.
