NEW ACADEMIC VP

English professor and former department chair John S. Tanner, '74, has been appointed academic vice president, replacing Alan L. Wilkins, who has been called to serve as a mission president over the Argentina Buenos Aires North Mission.

CHANGE OF DIRECTION

Robert L. Millet, '71, professor of ancient scripture and former dean of Religious Education, has been named the associate director of the BYU Faculty Center, replacing Terrance D. Olsen, '67, who returns to teach in the School of Family Life.
