The BYU Centennial Carillon’s 52 bells regularly chime out hymns and, occasionally, Disney musicals or video game themes. R. Don Cook (BM ’80), associate professor of music, learned how to play the bells as a student at BYU in 1979. Now the university carillonneur shares his top-10 playlist of carillon songs.
